Dear Parents,

How time flies! It is hard to believe that I am writing the last home messenger newsletter of the school year. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your support during my first year at Incarnation School.

This year has indeed been a learning experience! I have enjoyed getting to know your children, and I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with our staff. I do believe the school is blessed with wonderful people!
I wish you all a safe and peaceful summer and I look forward to seeing you all next year.

Final Awards Assembly
Please join us for our last awards assembly on Friday, June 13 at 10:00 a.m.

NO ASP on June 13
There will be no ASP on the last day of school. Please pick up your children promptly at noon!
The school office will close at 12:30 on Friday.

Final Balances
Please make sure that all financial balances for this school year are cleared by June 13, 2008.




IMPORTANT VIRTUS Announcement!
All parents who interact with children during school hours in any way must be VIRTUS trained. This includes field trip chaperones, recess/lunch supervision, bake sale, classroom, and home messenger volunteers, and just about any other way you fulfill your service hours! For your convenience, a VIRTUS class will be offered in the school auditorium on Saturday, June 21st from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Save your certificate! We will require a copy of your certificate as verification of attendance for our records prior to volunteering in the school.

The office will be closed for the month of July and will reopen on Monday, August 4.

Update on Electrical Upgrade
The process of designing the electrical infrastructure upgrade has begun! Last week a crew came to conduct site investigations. The time needed to complete the design phase is approximately 12 weeks (including site investigations, meetings with GWP, completion of design). Once the design is complete, the project will be sent out for bidding.
