Lord God,
May the prayers we pray today
increase our love for you.
May the work we do each day
be a blessing for others.
Amen.
A Message from the Principal
I would like to express my sincere thanks to all families,
faculty, and staff that were able to attend our Mardi Gras Festival on
Saturday. It was nice to be able to use our own Community Center and enjoy a
lovely evening out. Proceeds from the event will be published as soon as all
accounting is completed.
I would like to once again acknowledge and thank our Auction
Chairperson, Sharon Conroy, for her time and efforts in planning for this
auction.
At our General PTO Meeting last week, the PTO thanked the
various chairpersons for volunteering for various school activities. Without
parent involvement like this, Incarnation would not be what it is. However,
we regret that we did not acknowledge two important committee chairs: Mr. Phil
LeFranc as carpool organizer and Mrs. Sandra Lambarri as home messenger chair.
These are two very important committees in the life of our school, and we thank
them and (their committee members) for the work that they do from the beginning
of the year to the end!
This Friday we will
celebrate International Day. Please join us at 11:30 for student performances,
followed by food tasting and booth visits. The event will last until 1:30. We
hope to see you there!
Sincerely,
Ms. Olivia Carrillo
Principal

Clean Up Day
We had 22
volunteers representing Incarnation School on Saturday, May 19th. The
group picked up litter, eradicated graffiti, and collected 5 (1 gallon) bags of
cigarette butts. Incarnation WON 1st place in the cigarette butt
collection contest! The students represented Incarnation well. Thanks to
our student council representative, Ashley Galvez, for organizing our
participation in Clean Up Day.
