Family Messenger, November 1, 2011

God our Father,
We pray for all who have died,
especially our loved ones and people in our community.
May they move closer to you every day and come to live
in your presence forever.
Amen.

A Message from the Principal

Today is the Solemnity of All Saints, or All Saints Day, and we celebrate the lives of all the saints who now live in Christ. The third grade class has been researching the lives of saints and concluded the project with a special presentation at mass today. The students, dressed as saints, presented facts about the lives of the saints to the congregation today. We thank Mrs. Lomasto and the third grade class for preparation for and sharing at mass. Tomorrow is the Commemoration of all the Faithful Departed, or All Souls’ Day, when we remember and pray for all the faithful who have died.

Sincerely,

Ms. Olivia Carrillo
