This Friday is our 27th annual Jog-a-Thon. Students will have lunch from 11:15 – 11:45, and the Jog-a-Thon will begin at noon. We are grateful to the following sponsors for their support of our event:

Parent Teacher Conferences

If you did not receive the link to sign up for parent-teacher conferences online, please contact your child’s teacher via email. Parent-teacher conferences are one day only: Monday, December 5.

Lango Languages - Mandarin

As you know Lango offers Spanish classes at Incarnation. As suggested by some parents we are considering also offering Mandarin classes next January and would like to know if there is interest in these classes. Email us at langokidslanguages@gmail.com and let us know your thoughts about it, give us your suggestions about the days and hours more convenient for you. If there is enough interest we will be sending the enrollment form the first week of December.

St. Columbkille Food Drive

A list of suggested food items was sent home with students last week. The blessing of the food for St. Columbkille will take place this Thursday morning and the food will be delivered following the blessing. Enclosed is a letter to explain a bit more about our sister parish and their community. Thank you for your generosity

Congratulations, Mr. Yraola!

We congratulate Mr. Yraola and his new wife, Diane, on their wedding Saturday, November 5. May God bless their union!


Swim Team News

The Inca Eagles swam their final Meet this past Sunday and brought home first place overall in the White Division! Congratulations to the following swimmers who won trophies and scored points for the Team:
Madison C, Sydney C, Krista C, Andrew F, Brian F, Mark G, Emmelene G, Massimo M, Matteo M, Mila M, Quinn R, Olivia S, and Krista V.

Congratulations to Mark G who came in 2nd place overall high points in the League for 11 year-old  boys and Max C who came in 3rd place for 7year- old boys!  Also, congratulations to Krista V who came in 7th place in the League for 9 year old girls.

A special thank you to all the wonderful families for helping to make this season successful and fun!

SCRIP Tip

Since school will not be in session Thursday and Friday, November 24 and 25, SCRIP special orders must be submitted to the SCRIP desk (with your payment) by 8:30 am Friday, November 18 to receive your order by Wednesday, November 23. Orders submitted after 8:30 am, November 18 will not be received until Friday, December 2. For a limited time—until they are all gone—we have 10 Best Buy $250 gift cards, 8 Whole Foods $100 gift cards and 12 Acapulco $25 gift cards. No need to wait for a special order to come in!

November 2011 statements will be e-mailed tomorrow, November 16. Note: Late fees will be assessed if payments for the SCRIP mandatory donation and October ASP/AM Care/Homework Club are received after Wednesday, November 16. Jog-a-thon invoices are due now and will be considered late if not paid by Friday, November 18. Please call Mrs. Fenton if you have any questions.
